INNO64 Ford Escort MK2 Pandem Blue
The Ford Escort MK2 is one of the most decorated legends in rally racing history, dominating the rough terrain of the late 1970s. However, when legendary Japanese aero designer Kei Miura of Pandem Rocket Bunny got his hands on the vintage European silhouette, it was reborn as a modern street weapon.
The Pandem Escort MK2 features an aggressive, retro-futuristic widebody kit. Bolted-on fender flares, a drastically lowered stance, and a sharp front air dam seamlessly blend classic 70s boxy rally heritage with cutting-edge Japanese tuning culture. It is a striking representation of “Restomod” (restored-modified) vehicle perfection.
For this specific release, Inno64 bypassed traditional diecast metal in favor of high-quality polyurethane resin. For serious collectors, resin is the ultimate medium in 1/64 scale. Because resin can be cast much thinner and sharper than metal, it eliminates any softness in the body lines.
The model utilizes a sealed body design to maintain this structural integrity. Without functional door hinges creating wide, unrealistic panel gaps, the Pandem body lines remain crisp and uninterrupted.
